Well here it is weeks into the new year and i am only making my second post, i am trying to do better but it is tough. Since i last updated, Dad was released from the hospital, and then i spent 2 days trying to find someone ANYONE in San Diego County to help us fight the restraining order. There are tons of people that help get restraining orders for free, but NOONE that helps them be fought at all. So finally we (I) gave up and headed home to Idaho. We spent the first night in Mesquite Nevada, yes i know it is only 5 hours or so from where we started but it is a great place for really cheap clean rooms. Less the 30.00 a night for the room and we did not start out until after noon. Dad started out the day doing really well but by the time it was time to get out of the car he was really hurting.
The next day we do not get as early a start as i would have liked but it was for the best we managed to miss all the bad weather that was on the roads, we saw alot of the remains of it but the roads for the most part were clear and dry. The second night we stayed in Idaho Falls. Picked up Andrew from his dads and headed home to Boise.
The ride to Boise was uneventful and easy other then the fact to get dad out of the car and into the house. It took some doing.
Five days later dad wakes me up and says i think i need to go to the hospital...
So now Dad is at st al's been there since Tuesday. No idea when he will be coming home. He is very anemic, and has really low blood counts normal for hemogoblin is 14.0-18.0 and his is 8 and his Hematocrit is 24.1 and normal is 42.0-52.0. They are trying to find the cause but are not finding much of anything. He is moving around his room slightly but no where near enough to come home yet.
School starts up again on Tuesday, and I have all my books and such but am still worried about what to do with Dad if he comes home. I have to go to school but i worry about leaving him alone from 9am until 12:30 or so everyday. I guess i will cross that bridge when i come to it.
Hope everyone is doing well and having a much better weekend then me!
