Life

Sometimes when you think things are good and everything for once is going well, you get shit on, and shit on bad. So in less then a week i have gone from feeling fairly good about life, to wondering when the other shoe is going to drop and even more bad is going to happen.  Thanksgiving was a great day, i had my boys home for dinner, we had a nice meal, good company and were having fun.  Then one of the boys (13 year old) started getting phone call after phone call after phone call, normally he gets a lot of calls but this was from a young lady he had been telling for a couple of weeks to STOP calling him, i had told her to stop, he had told her to stop at least 2 dozen times.  I was DONE.  So the oldest, his girlfriend, myself and the boy in question piled in the car to go talk to her parents. It went very well and was taken care of quickly.  We jump back in the car to head home and NOTHING, the car tries to turn over but will not start, it is acting like it is out of gas, it was low, but not that low i did not think, so we pushed it to the gas station around the corner.  I decide screw it we will deal with it tomorrow.  the next day we head for the car, end up calling the tow truck and they think it is the fuel pump, could be or it could be the fuse or something else too....   so it comes home and sits. Now that same day while i was at work the city code enforcement lady comes by and gives me a warning. My suburban is parked illegally, no matter that everyone on the street does it too, someone complained and you have to take care of it.  Okay fine... so the rest of the weekend goes okay, not great but it will be okay. I am concerned about the car but i have the nissan i can drive.  Monday comes and goes no major problems, Tuesday.... oh boy!... Get to school okay, clutch is slipping on the nissan way more then i would like but it is still running, today i have 15 minutes to make the 10 minute drive from school to work.  Guess what, the clutch goes out completely or at least 95%.  Great, now i have NO running cars, work in a few minutes, no money, and crunch weeks at school.  Great! just flipping wonderful.  So today i go to school, Jeff is suposed to go get the fence stuff for the fence to enclose the suburban, but instead when i get home from school he hands me the money and says oh you can go get it now. Okay fine last night i told Cindy it was handled and now i have to figure something else out.  I am so DONE!

If he has a running car why didn't he go get the stuff? Things can only get better.
